The Global Project Director will oversee and manage large-scale, global projects from initiation to completion. You'll develop project strategies, manage budgets and timelines, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project strategies for global initiatives
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks
- Ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards
- Facilitate communication across diverse stakeholder groups
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and project management skills with proven success managing global teams
- Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and conflict resolution
- Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management
- Familiarity with risk management methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills in culturally diverse environments
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus
- Prior experience leading international projects in financial services, non-profit, or sustainability-focused organizations
